Tonight we used our grill for the first time of the year. We’ve grilled at my parents place a few times already but now we thought it was time to wake up our grill here at home.
As it’s Easter we picked salmon and ate it with new potatoes, and a homemade sour cream and lumpfish roe sauce. Of course I made eggs as well!
This week I purchased a few cute marzipan figures from a bakery in Linköping. Two of them I decorated the table with tonight.
