Winter magic

The winter scenery is just magic up here in Tällberg. We’ve only been here in the summer before but I’ll definitely come back during winter time as it feels like I’m walking in a magical storybook.

In Tällberg I just had to take a picture of their old phone booth. It’s nicely painted in traditional Dalarna style. I think almost everyone who visits Tällberg takes a picture of it. 🙂

When I turned around I saw cool image, a Christmas tree and a midsummer pole standing next to each other.

Here are a few other photos from Tällberg.

We decided to drive around the Lake of Siljan (Tällberg is located in the south). We’ve not done that since we were here for our honeymoon in 2001. It’s a approx 1,5 hour drive around I guess but as we stopped in several places including a lunch break in the town of Mora, it took us longer.

Back in Tällberg I took pictures of/around the hotel.

What a gorgeous landscape! I can see why you like Tallberg. 🙂 That phone box is so quaint. How is your RA coping in this weather? And yeah, hotel food..(your last post, I think) is great. It sure saves thinking and cooking. haha. xo
