A good thing with staying at a hotel is not having to think one minute about buying and preparing food, and doing the dishes. You just show up and everything is ready for you.

I especially like eating breakfast at hotels. You have a huge buffet set up and you pick and choose whatever you like. The options are much greater than the refrigerator at home.

Tonight’s dinner was good although I was very disappointed with the main course, the deer did not taste good at all. Mathias veal entrecôte was much better (sorry, no photo of that one…) My appetizer, a seafood and salmon mousseline was fantastic as well as my dessert, a white chocolate parfait with raspberry sorbet.
