We ate at a place called Harry’s tonight. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner! The server told us two of his favorites and we decided to go with it. We got a reindeer filet with a root vegetable “cake” and chanterelle sauce. The other dish was swordfish with roasted potato, a pear purée and sauce.
For dessert I picked a Toblerone fondue with assorted fruits and, of course, marshmallows.
Those meals look just scrumptious! When I saw you had REINDEER I thought oh WOW! But I guess the English word for it is venison. 🙂 (which I have never eaten…. so WOW!) 🙂 Can I join you for your next outing to Harry’s? lol. xo
Hmm… venison and reindeer are two different animals in Sweden. Both are part of the deer family though. Yes, I would love it if you join me the next time! 🙂 Just let me know when! 😉
