Yesterday we celebrated my parents retirement which occurred on Friday.
We (together with my brother) made a nice three course dinner and gave them a present. I’m not going tell you what it was though… but I’m sure they’ll enjoy it! I’m also sure that everyone interested will find out what it was eventually! 🙂
For appetizer we made croustade filled with two types of soft cheese and toppings. For main course it was grilled pork tenderloin (filled with papaya, jalapeño and bacon) and potato au gratin. As dessert we had bought ice cream and a “chocolate bomb”, it’s like a chocolate ball but much much bigger! I added some sparkles for a little extra decoration. Looked very cool! 🙂
