In order to “celebrate” my last day at the client, or maybe I should say surviving the hectic schedule of the last week, I asked Mathias to book a dinner at a nice restaurant tonight. He picked Gyldene Freden which has been in business since 1722.
Ate a fantastic three course dinner. For appetizer I choose lemon marinated halibut with smoked onion mousse:
Next it was a sirloin steak with spring vegetables and tarragon vinegar gravy:
And for dessert a chocolate terrine and lemon ice cream:
Perfect ending to a hectic work week!
