Anno 1722

In order to “celebrate” my last day at the client, or maybe I should say surviving the hectic schedule of the last week, I asked Mathias to book a dinner at a nice restaurant tonight. He picked Gyldene Freden which has been in business since 1722.

Ate a fantastic three course dinner. For appetizer I choose lemon marinated halibut with smoked onion mousse:

Next it was a sirloin steak with spring vegetables and tarragon vinegar gravy:

      Var verkligen jättegott! 🙂 Oj måste skrivit väldigt konstigt i min kommentar för något glasöga har jag inte. De tog bort själva linsen bara och ögat är kvar.
