When I started my gluten free diet 6 months ago we started eating oatmeal porridge instead of sour milk, cereal and bread for breakfast. We continued eating porridge every morning when I started eating normally again but during these past 6 months we’ve barely had any cheese at home. We bought some for Christmas and while we were in Spain I ate bread and cheese for breakfast too but other than that no cheese at all.
Today on my way home I stopped at the grocery store and among other things I bought cheese, ham, bread and cucumber. I didn’t have a full portion of the leftovers from Tuesday which is why I decided to eat a sandwich as well. Ohhh it was tasty! I’ll probably dream about a cheese sandwich tonight! 🙂
