Finally Friday!

We started our Friday evening with a non alcoholic beverage before dinner.


For dinner tonight we ate “Flygande Jacob” (a chicken dish). A colleague of mine recommended me a lighter version of this dish where you use “matlagningsgrädde” (light cream, 15%) instead of whipped cream. This version actually tasted much better than the original recipe so I’ll stick to this in the future. The sauce wasn’t as watery as when whipped cream is used.
