Omega 3 and no red meat

Some weeks ago I decided to try a new diet which supposedly can help people with rheumatic problems. I've read quite a lot about it online and some people say it works and other say they don't see any difference changing the diet. There are no research that proves that this actually works, but considering how I've felt lately trying something new is worth it. So, I no longer eat red meat (I think I'll miss lamb dishes the most), and I try to eat food that contains omega 3. Today in the grocery store I found a butter that has omega 3 added to it so I decided to try it out. 


Obviously as the warmer season is around the corner I won't know for sure if it's my special diet that is working or the weather, but I'll try this for some months and than evaluate the result.
