Mother’s Day

Today we've celebrated our mother's. We started out visiting Mathias' mom who had made a very yummy sandwich cake:


In the evening we visited my mom where we BBQ pork tenderloin. Mathias and my brother invented their own recipe in that that they stuffed the tenderloin with bacon, garlic, rosemary and habanero peppers. Very very yummy! 


I had prepared the dessert, a meringue cake stuffed with blueberry cream. First time I tried the recipe and it didn't turn out nice as I expected but it tasted good anyway.


It was also the first time I tried my new fabulous mixer/food processor/blender, Braun K3000. Wonderful thingy! 

I've just realized that I take a lot of pictures of food but not so much of the people involved. Will try to change that in the future…
