After a five day journey to the southern part of Sweden we are now back in Stockholm. We had a very nice time in Smaland, although it mostly rained (that is the most typical weather of our vacation so far!). We visited Mathias uncles, aunt and cousin, as well as some friends of mine. We also went to Kosta where we watched glass blowing.
On our way back to Stockholm we stopped in Granna, a town famous for its peppermint candy (called polkagris in Swedish). We watched when they made the candy and then we obviously had to buy some! We haven’t tasted what we bought yet though, we’re planning to do that once we’re back in Denver otherwise everything might be gone and nothing left for later! 🙂
