Sorry for the lack of posts lately, but I’ve been sick for the past 5 weeks. I’m finally back to my normal self again!
During the past two weeks I’ve mostly watched French Open. Very fun, and I’m looking forward to the final between Federer and Nadal tomorrow. Yesterday was also the start of the World Cup in Soccer. Going to be lots of TV watching the next couple of weeks! And, when the world cup is almost over, it’s time for Wimbledon. So then it’s even more hours in front of the TV. I’m glad there isn’t the Summer Olympics this year too! 🙂
In early April Mathias decided to finally plant some of the flower bulbs we bought in the fall. I don’t know how many we bought, but we never got around to plant them. We figured they would not grow that much this year, but to our surprise we have noticed that the hyacints are actually having flowers. Below pic is from last weekend, and now we have even more hyacints in the flower garden. Looks very nice!
Lately I’ve had major computer problems which have annoyed me tremendously. We have tried to fix it, but the computer kept crashing anyway. So, we decided it was time to buy a new computer. We had been looking around earlier this year because we had decided to buy new computers in the fall, but we decided it was time to buy mine already. Mathias will wait a couple of months more for his. Now I’m the proud owner of a Mac. My first ever, and I really feel like I have no idea what I’m doing. I knew PC’s very well, so switching to a Mac is a great adventure. I have just played around with it today (if we don’t count the several occasions I’ve been trying them out in the store), and it’s so much fun. I’m hooked! Now I just need to figure out where everything is and learn more about a Mac and I’m sure I will like it just as much as my old PC’s, if not more. Below is a little picture of my “new friend companion”.
